Managing Advisor-Process Improvement
Jack Fenton, BBM, LSSGB, LGC, serves as Managing Advisor/Lean Facilitator at Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). In this role, he teaches and advises hospitals and healthcare agencies throughout Indiana and the Midwest as they adopt lean methodologies.
Previous to his position at Purdue University, Jack worked for a multi-hospital organization facilitating lean/continuous improvement efforts with a focus on med/surg; integrated care management and perioperative services; and emergency department and ambulatory care value streams. Lean work resulted in improvements to quality, safety, patient flow, staff engagement, cost and patient outcomes. Prior to his transition to healthcare, Jack utilized Lean/Six Sigma methodologies in an industrial setting where he served in various management roles. There he facilitated Kaizen events, LSS projects, and client-specific improvement efforts.
Jack earned a bachelor’s degree in business from American Intercontinental University, a Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt from Rhodes State College, and holds a Lean Gold Certification.
