Managing Advisor-Quality Services and FSSA Enrollment Coordinator
Wayne Fischer, MPH, serves as Managing Advisor-Quality Services at Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). Wayne also serves as FSSA Enrollment Coordinator for the Meaningful Use Help Desk, which is operated by PHA through funding from the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration.
As PHA since January of 2012, Wayne has focused primarily on public and population health. He has conducted/updated community health assessments and developed/monitored health improvement plans that allow communities to achieve national accreditation.
Fischer has nearly 24 years of public health experience. He was in management and supervisory positions in state and local public health departments for 14 of those years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Duke University and a master’s degree in public health policy and administration from the University of Michigan.
