The Senior Advisor Lean Healthcare is an expert in continuous improvement (CI) and has had demonstrated success leading highly complex projects to build organization-wide capabilities in lean, facilitating multidisciplinary problem solving teams and coaching key personnel and small groups in making the personal transformation needed to adopt CI thinking and behaviors. The position affords the flexibility to innovate and a unique opportunity to have impact on improving how healthcare is delivered at significant scale. The Senior Advisor must be skilled in finding practical solutions to assist clients to meet goals and objectives, and skilled in meeting operational, clinical and financial objectives of healthcare providers (e.g. physicians, clinics, hospitals). He/she is expected to provide input into strategic program development, generating innovative ideas for new offerings, and must be able to generate ongoing and new sales. The position will be located in West Lafayette, IN (residence must be in Indiana) with travel up to 75% of the time (in and out-of-state). Remote work from home may be available.

This position is responsible for creating e-learning experiences (for both guided and self-paced online courses) on our PHA Direct platform, which is a learning management system and online community of practice that runs on Brightspace (offered by D2L). The successful candidate will be able to work with content experts, visual designers, programmers and LMS administrators to design, text, deliver online courses and digital badges in lean, process improvement, behavior change and other areas. Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA) has designed and launched Lean First, an enterprise-scale process improvement program that integrates lean transformation, behavioral science, online communities, and continuous improvement at the point of service. In addition, we have developed a methodology, software platform and training program to help client’s take a micro-learning approach to mastering complex competencies and achieving lasting behavior change.
