Senior Health Equity Analyst, Central Region
Cynthia Bennett serves as a Senior Health Equity Analyst for Indiana Healthy Opportunities for People Everywhere (I-HOPE) initiative, a statewide opportunity designed to address the effects of health disparities for better health outcomes. As part of a regional Field Implementation Team, Cynthia brings voices to the table to talk about innovative ways to better connect people with the support they need to get healthy and stay healthy. She works with stakeholders to reach communities who are at higher risk for health disparities and those who are disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

As Psychological Safety Lead for North America she reported to the company's North American headquarters in Basel, Switzerland. She worked in a leadership capacity for Roche's African American Business Resource Group and its Women in Leadership group. She served as campus lead for JA JobSpark’s Advanced Manufacturing, and led numerous volunteer efforts to meet the needs of vulnerable populations including, but not limited to, the Indiana Black and Minority Health Fair, Winter Coat Distribution for Children in Need, the Indianapolis Urban League, Indianapolis Public Schools, Mozel Sanders food distribution, and Pack-Away-Hunger.
