Senior Advisor, Lean Facilitator
Funke Oladele serves as a Senior Advisor, Lean Facilitator at Purdue Health Advisors. In this role, she supports hospitals and clinics with process improvement projects applying lean methodologies. She also provides process-improvement facilitation and support for the Indiana Health Equity Alliance (I-HEAL) as part of PHA's partnership with the Indiana Department of Health to better prepare the state for the next pandemic by improving pandemic response, health equity, and health outcomes in counties considered most vulnerable to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Prior to coming to PHA, Funke supported community health centers with quality improvement projects, value-based care initiatives, social determinants of health, patient centered medical home, and more. She applied lean methodologies to support health centers in improving processes including huddle standardization, improving clinical quality measures, improving patient portal usage, improving referral process, and increasing patient access.
Funke earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue-IUPUI and MBA-Health Care Management degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. She also has a Lean Practitioner Certification.
