Andrew Wilkinson

Andrew "Andy" Wilkinson, MS, LSSMBB serves as a Lead Advisor, Lean Healthcare at Purdue Health Advisors. In this role, he supports hospitals and clinics with process improvement projects applying lean methodologies. He also provides process-improvement facilitation and support for I-HOPE, a statewide opportunity designed to address the effects of health disparities.

Andy’s passion as a strategic problem solver is focused on the growth and development of people by assisting them to deliver amazing team and business results through the use lean principles and behaviors; all while reshaping organizational culture. An accomplished executive with over 20+ years of successful strategic and tactical leadership experience within the health insurance, manufacturing, and financial services industries, Andy has a proven track record of driving operational excellence through expertise in lean and Six Sigma principles as well as a reputation for leading large-scale business transformations toward highly effective, continuous improvement initiatives.

Andy obtained a master's degree in industrial technology from Purdue and a bachelor's degree in business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Andy also has vast expertise in managing organizational change. As a motivational coach and mentor, Andy excels at training and developing all levels of employee and leaders. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, holds advanced Lean Practitioner Certifications from Purdue University, and is certified in Organizational Training and Design Development by Kent State University.
