Lynn Wirick

Lynn Wirick, MSN, RN, serves as Operations Administrator Lead for Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). In this role, she provides direct support to the director and leadership team and works to maximize resources, monitor adherence to work timelines, and improve processes for operational execution and planning. Lynn manages relationships, communication, and coordination between internal departments, and provides behind-the-scenes support for PHA’s community-level engagement.

Prior to joining PHA, Lynn served the healthcare industry for 20+ years; first at Indiana University at Riley Children’s Hospital where she worked as a registered nurse specializing in pediatric hematology/oncology, then as a patient care coordinator for an age-based unit, and finally as part of the administrative team responsible for the newly opened Riley Children’s Cancer Center. As the center’s Assistant Program Director, Lynn supervised the work of the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Ambulatory Clinic, Day Hospital/Infusion Rooms, and Stem Cell Transplant Intensive Care Unit. While working at IU, Lynn was asked to serve on the Riley Clinical Practice Committee and the IU Medical Center Retention Team.

Lynn also spent several years working in private and public education settings that―combined with her hospital-based clinical and operational experience―led to a personal commitment to dedicate her career and professional expertise to public health and preventive healthcare.

Lynn received her bachelor’s degree from Winona State University, and her master’s degree in Nursing and Healthcare Administration from Indiana University.
