Kelley Gillaspy works as a Senior Advisor, Lean Facilitator for Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). In this role, Kelley teaches and advises hospitals and healthcare agencies throughout Indiana and the Midwest that are in various stages of their lean journey.

Previously, Kelley worked at PHA in the capacity of Quality Improvement Advisor (QIA) for the Great Lakes Practice Transformation Network (GLPTN), a 32-partner consortium dedicated to guiding 11,500 Midwest-based providers toward value-based care.

As a QIA, Kelley coaches participating clinicians through the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation’s five phases of patient-centric practice transformation utilizing a “Transformational Change Toolkit” to help them meet associated milestones as well as clinical and operational results.

Prior to joining the PHA team in March of 2016, Kelley spent 14 years in healthcare management and administration serving as  business administrator for a multi-site physical therapy practice, and then as practice administrator for a large, family practice and urgent-care group. Kelley earned a baccalaureate in public health: healthcare administration from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA).
