Lauren Johannigman serves as a Training and Project Coordinator (TPC) for the process improvement team at Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). In this role, she is responsible for scheduling and coordinating projects and training sessions, organizing training webinars, and coordinating participant registrations and evaluations.

As a TPC, she works with staff to curate (review, update, post, and test) client submissions to PHA's Online Community of Practice and is responsible for implementing the version management control process for public-facing content, including processing change requests, changing files, and updating various participant collaboration sites.

During the ten years prior to Lauren joining PHA in 2018, she worked in customer relations for Purdue (ITaP), which is the central information technology organization at Purdue University. She began as a training coordinator and then transitioned to supervise and manage the ITAP Student Help Desk. She also helped configure and implement ticketing software systems and was responsible for leading university-wide training sessions. She then took on the role of ResNet Service Administrator to help integrate the ResNet (Residential Network) Help Desk into ITaP to improve the customer experience, streamline the budget, and make for a more consistent help desk experience.  

Lauren earned bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University in English and Psychology, and plans to pursue her master's degree in Project Management.
