Senior Advisor, Lean Facilitator
Regina Pilotte, MS OTR-CLT, SSGB, serves as Senior Advisor, Lean Facilitator at Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA). In this role, Regina teaches and advises hospitals and healthcare agencies throughout Indiana and the Midwest that are in various stages of their lean journey.
Prior to joining PHA, Regina spent 20+ years working in the healthcare industry in a variety of capacities including operation management, clinical supervision, and clinical care, both in urban and rural hospital and clinical settings. She also served on numerous key initiative committees including emergency response and hazmat, cancer care, opioids reduction, and process improvement. As an operations manager, Regina supported organizational goals through departmental strategy, service line development, and budgeting. She supported and implemented organizational process improvement and lean methodology, which resulted in improved patient flow, denial management, clinical staff development, improved staffing models, and clinical competency.
As an occupational therapist, Regina worked in inpatient, outpatient, school, industrial, long-term care, and psychiatric settings as well as mentored countless students and new clinicians. Clinically, she specializes in therapeutic intervention related to cancer care and lymphedema treatment as well as Craniosacral therapy.
Regina also served in the USAR as an enlisted officer trained as an operating room specialist in a combat support hospital.
