Presented by: Purdue Agile Strategy LabPurdue Healthcare Advisors, and Purdue Polytechnic Institute’s  Organizational Leadership program.

Participants in Strategic Doing™ in Healthcare – Practitioner Training & Certification will learn a different way of thinking, behaving and working together; how to innovate in open networks; and how to get significant productivity gains through shared leadership and collective action. During the last session, you’ll have time to consider how to start using Strategic Doing™ to approach your own challenges. Lead instructor Scott Hutcheson, PhD, co-wrote the book Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership, co-founded the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab, and serves as a Senior Lecturer of Organizational Leadership at Purdue University. Three-day training workshop:

  • Monday, April 19, 9am-5pm
  • Tuesday, April 20, 9am-2:30pm
  • Wednesday, April 21, 9am-2:30pm

Plans now are to offer the training in West Lafayette, Ind., with the exact location to be determined. Cost for the training is $1,975 and includes all materials as well as access to the follow-up certification component.
