Date: Wednesday, Sep 30, 2020

Time: 1:00 PM - 1 hour

WEBINAR: Purdue Healthcare Advisors at Purdue University and the Illinois Health Information Regional technology Center (ILHITREC) at Northern Illinois University are co-hosting a webinar to talk about the new CMS Interoperability and Patient Access Final Rule that requires providers to update their digital contact information in the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES). Directions for updating your direct contact information in NPPES: After entering the direct contact information, navigate to the last screen and click on the "Submit" button. Clicking "Save" only on the screen you enter the new information will NOT permanently save into the NPI Registry. For detailed instructions with screenshots of this process click here.
