Participants in Strategic Doing™ in Healthcare – Practitioner Training & Certification will learn a different way of thinking, behaving and working together; how to innovate in open networks; and how to get significant productivity gains through shared leadership and collective action. During the last session, you’ll have time to consider how to start using Strategic Doing™ to approach your own challenges. Lead instructor Scott Hutcheson, PhD, co-wrote the book Strategic Doing: Ten Skills for Agile Leadership, co-founded the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab, and serves as a Senior Lecturer of Organizational Leadership at Purdue University.
