Monday, September 09 2019, 12:30 PM - 1 hour

IMPIP logoWEBINAR: When we think about the most common Internet threats, most of us visualize a big-budget, action-packed Hollywood movie scene with global intrigue and lots of people in dark suits. At Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA), we know the reality is very different. Common threats faced online are less nail-biting and edge-of-your-seat, but they still pack a big punch.  In the healthcare arena we're at risk from active threats such as hackers, viruses, and worms, but we’re also constantly swarmed by passive threats like spam, adware, and phishing. During this session, PHA's Scott Richards will provide an overview of the common threats we face online, and how to reduce your chance of falling for them.
