LHTI Cohort 1 - Certified Lean Offices Sustainment Program
The Indiana State Office of Rural Health (INSORH) and Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA) offer Cohort 1 additional Lean First training and certification from Purdue Healthcare Advisors in 2019-2020 based on funding availability.
Your new and existing employees can receive training, coaching and certification to be a Lean Daily Improvement (LDI) Facilitator or Lean Practitioner. You also may require a one-day (8-hour), onsite coaching session for your improvement events. All training will be customized based on your stated needs.
