LHTI Cohort 2 - Year 2 Registration: Lean Office Basic
The Indiana State Office of Rural Health (INSORH) and Purdue Healthcare Advisors (PHA) offer Cohort 2 the second year of the Lean Healthcare Transformation Initiative to support participant’s establishment of a Lean Office-Basic Level that will drive the change process within your organization and prepare you with the skills needed to sustain the lean efforts underway.
To facilitate and support learning and organizational change, your PHA Coach will guide you in Year 2: Lean Office Basic by introducing Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) and helping you spread skill-building across the organization through Lean Daily Improvement (LDI). The second year of the initiative is the time for core team members to earn their Lean Practitioner (LP) certifications, and for the team to bring in front line leaders to participate in LDI Training & Certification. (Note: LDI is not a pre-requisite for LP training). Core team members will assume greater lean leadership responsibilities by executing six (6) RIEs that align with your organization’s top strategic priorities.
Register participants below for the year's LDI and LP training by the Sept. 18, 2019 deadline.
