A Master Class in Leading Complex Collaboration

Successfully leading hospitals and healthcare systems, health-related organizations, and attempting to tackle public and community health issues requires designing and guiding complex collaborations, among diverse stakeholders, toward shared outcomes. In this Strategic Doing™ in Healthcare training, you’ll learn a different way of thinking, behaving, and working together, how to innovate in open networks, and how to get significant productivity gains through shared leadership and collective action.
This special, customized version of the highly successful Strategic Doing™ training is the result of a partnership of the Purdue Agile Strategy Lab, Purdue Healthcare Advisors, and the Organizational Leadership program in the Purdue Polytechnic Institute’s Department of Technology Leadership and Innovation.
The Training Experience
Throughout the training you’ll be learning Strategic Doing™ by doing it as well as having plenty of time for unpacking why it works so you can make it your own. Upon completion you’ll be a Strategic Doing™ “practitioner,” able to lead a group in tackling collaborative undertaking using Strategic Doing™. If you choose, you can follow up the training by completing the requirements to become a Certified Workshop Leader. Certification involves documenting an implementation of your new skills and creating a portfolio of documents about the experience.
