Lean healthcare is the application of “lean” ideas in healthcare facilities and health-related organizations to minimize waste in every process, procedure, and task through an ongoing system of improvement. We have more than a decade of experience using lean to improve patient flow; reduce hospital acquired conditions; enhance patient satisfaction; and make other improvements within communities, hospital systems, hospitals, clinics, and practices that drive quality and revenue up and cost down. Training & Certifying Professionals
For training, we offer Lean First and its four levels of competency (LDI Facilitator, Lean Practitioner, Advanced Lean Practitioner, and Lean Leader) to connect each level of your organization with your lean vision. We also offer Six Sigma for Healthcare training to produce White, Yellow, Green and Black Belts prepared to solve complex problems utilizing statistical analysis. All learners have access to Connect, our online community of practice devoted to excellence in healthcare.
