PHA works on a fee-for-service contract basis with hospitals and healthcare organizations that are not eligible for grant-subsidized services. We offer technical assistance to:
- boost Merit-based Incentive Payment Program (MIPS) Composite Quality Measures (CQMs)
- establish chronic care management programs to leverage new Medicare bill code changes
- develop, implement and improve practice-, clinic- and hospital-level telehealth and telemedicine policies and processes
In many cases, we pair traditional technical assistance (evidence-based best practices and online/phone help desks) with the application of lean process improvement methodologies/facilitation/training to smooth the transition to new customer service and clinical care models.
